Lauren is currently the Senior Director, Content Marketing at Bright Horizons, the world’s leading education and care company. She owns and drives the enterprise-wide content strategy across three lines of business (B2B, B2C, B2E-client employees) to achieve business goals while leading a team of 12 content and social media strategists.
Prior to that, Lauren was the Head of Content and Communications at Signet Jewelers in London, where she oversaw social media, editorial content and PR for two UK brands (Ernest Jones & H. Samuel) at the world's largest retailer of diamond jewelry and the largest specialty jewelry retailer in the US, UK and Canada.
She is a multichannel writer, editor and digital strategist with over 17 years of multinational experience at brands in the United States (Clinique at The Estée Lauder Companies, Michael Kors, InStyle, Vanity Fair) and the UK (The Body Shop, FitFlop).
Lauren graduated with Merit from The University of Westminster's Business School with an MBA in London. She is accomplished in editorial content creation and commercial marketing and has worked in Omnichannel platforms including print, TV, e-commerce, mobile, social media, video, podcasts, webinars, Livestreams and experiential brand events. She understands customer engagement and is conversant with using data analysis to engage with customers and drive both retail and service sales.
