While managing the social media department at Signet Jewelers in the United Kingdom, I created and implemented the social strategies for Ernest Jones’ and H. Samuel’s channels, ensuring that content is being planned and delivered to meet brand and business objectives.  

  • Creates processes and sets benchmarks to measure success.

  • Acts as face of the brand at client meetings, partnership pitches and brand collaborations.

  • Establishes KPIs, writes and analyzes quarterly analytic reports and manages agencies to drive campaigns.

  • Plans monthly photoshoots with prop stylists, photographers, retouchers, etc. to create social assets to achieve business objectives, drive key product ideas, support marketing/promotions, increase social relevance and build brand awareness.
