As the first-ever Content Lead at Signet Jewelers in the United Kingdom, I created and implemented the social strategies for Ernest Jones’ and H. Samuel’s organic channels, ensuring that content is being planned and delivered to meet brand and business objectives. In 2018, after just one quarter of implementing the new strategies, the total social revenue was increased by 104.64% and conversions were up by 69.9% from the previous year (Adobe Analytics).
Continues to create processes and sets benchmarks to measure success.

Establishes KPIs, writes and analyzes quarterly analytic reports and manages agencies to drive campaigns.
